At Arkansas Quartz Crystal Points, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural treasures. If your crystal does not resonate with your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unblemished specimens.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the crystal point to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the quartz in its original protective padding and bubble wrap to prevent fractures during transit; crystals damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone's condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
